It’s all smiles for the PJL Group ‘Beakon Implementation Team’, Sarah Curran and Joleen Quinn, as they near the end of the exciting project. The implementation of the Beakon platform will soon completely change the way PJL Group enforces and monitors compliance from a business perspective covering Risk, Safety, Training and Contractor Management.
Under the program, PJL Group’s employees and subcontractors will have their own log-in which they will be able to update their contact details and required documentation at any time.
Emails will be sent to employees when new policies are made or when certificates/licences are due to expire. This process will ensure that all employees and subcontractors are compliant whenever or wherever they are needed to work across the many PJL Sites in Australia.
Relevant working documents will also be uploaded onto Beakon so that everyone will have access no matter where they are located. Employees and contractors will have access to Safety Management Documentation and systems for training and reporting. PJL Group is expected to go live with Beakon by the end of the month.
