PJL Group has gone live implementing the foundU platform as part of an upgrade to their recruitment process.
PJL Group Compliance Officer, Joleen Quinn, said many months have been spent implementing the cloud based platform that will manage the onboarding and recruitment of potential new employees.
“All potential employees will register for positions through this platform,” Joleen explained.
“This allows the candidates to upload their details and relevant qualifications in their own employee profiles. Staff qualifications, suitability notices and relevant employment documentation is stored on the HR system and are readily available should they be needed.
“The foundU Platform automatically finds matched and available employees to fill our staff vacancies.
“The foundU platform will give PJL Group easy access to find the right people for the job at a glance. This real-time information lets PJL Group make staffing decisions with confidence.”
